Online Return Policy accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed and with all original tags attached.

FINAL SALE items include Lingerie, Handbags, Jewelry, Accessories, SALE ITEMS, Special Orders, and Gift Certificates.

All shipping charges are non-refundable on returns. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the ten (10) day return period. Package must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.

 We are not responsible for return postage. Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages

In-Store Return Policy

For purchases made in store, we offer 
Exchange or Store Credit ONLY within 10 days of purchase. 
All SALE merchandise and special orders are FINAL SALE.
 We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange. All exchange items must have original tags, be in original condition and be unworn and unaltered. Clients are welcome to utilize our "Approval" program.  Please inquire.


All UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping to you is complimentary on orders over $200, any expedited shipping or requests not through UPS will have an additional charge. All orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat fee of $19.99, if an expedited shipment is needed to Canada you will be charged accordingly. All orders placed Monday-Thursday will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday*. *Holiday’s excluded. If you have any questions, please email or call 231.439.9844. will contact you with a follow-up email/phone call if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization. uses UPS and USPS Priority Mail for delivery. 
During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping estimated from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS or USPS tracking number for your package (for this option, email is required). We do not require a UPS signature with our shipments. If you would like to ensure a signature upon delivery, please contact us at 231.439.9844 or email during store hours. We only insure up to $100.00 on every shipment. If you require more insurance on your shipment, please contact us as well. You will be responsible for any additional charges. 
If you decide to refuse any shipments from, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Items shipped within the state of Michigan will be charged 6% sales tax. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.
